About The Event
What does inequality look like in Norway today, and how does it affect our lives and the society we share?
Together with the think tank Agenda, we invite you to an evening of dialogue about inequality in Norway in 2026. Political scientist and author Trine Østereng will open the discussion by examining the political choices that have brought us to where we are today, how Norway compares to other countries, and the language we use when discussing inequality.
We will explore how inequality impacts people in their daily lives, why it matters, and what can be done about it. Following the opening presentation, we will come together to reflect, share experiences, and discuss various perspectives.
You do not need to be an expert or have all the answers. Simply bring your curiosity and a willingness to listen and participate.
