About The Event
What happens when we take the time to really listen, both to ourselves and to the people around us?
Zen Coaching is an approach to living, relating and coaching. It is rooted in basic mindfulness principles and in our natural wish to be more genuine, authentic and sincere with ourselves and others.
During this evening, Kåre Landfald will invite us to explore some of these ideas together. He will introduce Zen Coaching, followed by some simple practices and time for reflection and dialogue.
It will be an evening to slow down, listen a little more deeply and stay curious about what comes up. You don't need any previous experience with Zen or coaching. Just come as you are.
About the Speaker
Kåre Landfald is a teacher and coach with a strong passion for sharing tools for inner transformation. He founded Zen Coaching in 2005 and is also the founder of the International Zen Coaching Network, which now includes approximately 800 people from more than 25 countries.
For the past 30 years, Kåre has studied with teachers and traditions from a wide range of wisdom traditions. His inspirations include Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, A.H. Almaas and the Diamond Approach, as well as Marshall B. Rosenberg and Nonviolent Communication.
Through Zen Coaching, Kåre explores how deep listening, presence and powerful questions can help people come closer to themselves and discover their own answers.
